It's that time of the year again , we celebrate women in so many different forms—the strong ones, the calm ones, the brave ones, the creative ones, the protective ones, and the fierce warriors. We celebrate all the qualities of a goddess, a Lakshmi. But honestly, growing up, this festival was mostly about treats and school holidays. I never really saw myself in any of those powerful figures. I was a shy kid, and I certainly didn't see anyone who was "vigorous" or "furious" being praised as a "good girl." PC: Google images It felt like women who showed anger or bravery were always told to just calm down, as long as it wasn't a family issue. If it were a family problem, they were told to be quiet to keep the family's business behind closed doors. And as for the creative women?! Empty Box of Nothingness

Have you heard about empty box of nothingness? I 'm not talking about the empty cardboard boxes, these are memory boxes which sits on our brain to save those moments you are thinking about NOTHING... Well, it may not happen to women mostly coz we are planning 10 different things in our mind while actually doing 10 different things...  According to the research (Ahum!! Ahumm!!) empty box moments definitely happens for men... From what I understood, human memories are composed of small boxes and we choose to get in to any box when we are talking/thinking about them and for men they have an additional cache called Empty box and they enter that box when they are not thinking about anything.. What a bliss...  On the other hand for women brain/memories, all boxes are completely interconnected...its like a complicated switch box.  If you tell a Women A , we know how it ends up in Z.. We connect all the information/boxes we know and that’s why don’t mess with us....

Treating the retards...

Waiting to write this article for long time, now is THE time.. This is for all those backward thinkers, please grow up. Oouch..Im sorry I have to be atleast this rude after 8 weeks of Job search(agree ,its not long at all)..Its not about the time, its about the response I was getting, 4yr BREAK Maternity break!!!. come on people, I took that break to take care of my child ..I WAS NOT IN COMA & LOOSE MY BRAIN completely. When I made this decision to take a long break even before I had my son, lot of people gave me a worrying look that it will be hard to get back to where I was before. It never bothered me, because this is what I wanted to do.. taking a break and spend time with my child. I was always confident about my knowledge and I was sure I will get a job when I wanted to return.. I started my job hunt after a month my son  joined new daycare just to be sure if I get a job immediately he shouldn't feel I'm leaving him in new place with no help..little did I kno...
