Staying Sane in this insane time..
Dirty dishes can wait..
Pile of cloths can wait..
Vacuuming and steam mopping can wait..
Mortgage payments can wait ..
Perfect healthy meal can wait..
Workouts can wait..
Switch to a comedy show in TV..
Replace idle time to sleep or nap time.
Treat yourself with pancakes for breakfast,
Instead of screaming to discipline the kids, extend their TV or Ipad time,
Dress up everyday as if you are going out,
Put on some music instead of sitting with a laptop/working alone,
Nothing matters,
Calm down and
Just take a deep breathe,
don't think about tomorrow or next week or next month..
Lets just pass today with existence..
Its good time to go back and look at old pictures from your last trip or reunion,
Its good time to call your long distance friends and family,
Even better,make a video call.
Its good time to read that book you kept it for some-other-time,
Its good time to treat yourself with a cake and chocolate,
Its good time to spend in the house you decorated, every room and every wall,
Its good time to plant something new in the garden, just use the seed from the fruit you just ate,
Its good time to start a gratitude journal...

If you can't balance work and home-schooling, its ok. Children will catch up.. Don't beat yourself.. You are not a miracle worker..
Mental health is important, not having a perfect balanced meal or perfectly disciplined kids..
Nothing else matter than keeping sane in this insane time..
We are all humans, Be kind to yourself..
